Creamy Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich

This Healthy Avocado Egg dish is created with straightforward all natural ingredients and is mayonnaise free. Avocado adds flavor to the current creamy classic while not the guilt!

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/3 cup Onion
  • 8 Eggs, hard
  • 1 one/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • Bread

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mash and stir to mix.
  2. Serve on bread or open faced-on toast.
