Blueberry Mango Smoothie

This Blueberry Mango Smoothie makes for an honest post workout snack.
The Greek food product may be a marvellous offer of macromolecule and helps refuel muscles.

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup mango chunks
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla soy milk, almond milk, or skim milk or water (the liquid helps it blend)

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend at high-speed until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
